The Swedish Society for Nature Conservation has renovated its office dating back to the 19th century, with a focus on recycling and environmentally acoustic advantages. The Society is Sweden's largest environmental organization and a popular movement that has stood up for nature since 1909.
The renovation focused on circular design methods and new approaches, aiming to minimize the building’s carbon footprint. The main goal was to reuse as far as possible and the furniture and furnishings have been 100 percent recycled, including adding a selection of Offecct furniture.
The Swedish Society for Nature Conservation’s purpose for the renovation was to create a more flexible work environment for about 150 employees and highlight existing qualities and accommodate the change from personal workplaces to an activity-based zoned office.
Offecct is also a proud support company for the Society in 2022.
